How to Use the Household Feature (Ruby)
Household allows you to charge a different price for users who are bringing guests to any course that create.
1) System Configuration
2) Edit Pricing Options and HouseHold Information
3) Here, you can choose pricing options that will ask for Household Guests. You can also change the name of the feature.
4) When you are Adding/Editing a course, you can choose those Pricing Options
5) The pricing options will show on the Public Side
6) A box will pop up where the users can add the guests that are coming with them. Then they can register.
*NOTE users can always add as many or as little amount of guests they want. It can not be limited automatically. It is up to the student and admin to make sure they enter in the correct amount if you only want them to bring a certain amount.
7) Now you can see on the class-list, the guests that are coming with the students.
*NOTE household feature does take up spaces in the enrollment list. For example, there are 3 spots taken in this course.
8) Sign-In Sheet is another area where you can see the guests.
